This was a great book for helping me realize who God made me to be, using the life of David and five pivotal moments in his life as the foundation for each chapter. It was an interesting read, really helping me put myself in David's shoes, while digging deep into mine own. Or, rather, digging into my heart. I realized things about myself that I never really gave myself the opportunity to think about, and so this book was a wonderful eye-opening read for me.
It's not one of those books that I'll reread, but I'm glad I read it and would definitely recommend it to others.
